Mission Statement
To ensure that minority and woman owned businesses receive a fair opportunity to compete for procurement of goods and services at the University. It is the policy of the purchasing dept. to encourage minority/woman-owned enterprises in all its procurement practices and to provide equal opportunities to compete for contracts by construction, professional services, and purchases of goods.
